Nikki is from Tallahassee, Florida originally, with most of her childhood spent just north in Thomasville, Georgia. She relocated to North Carolina in 1999 and worked as an administrative assistant at the community college in Jacksonville before earning her bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2007. After a few years as a case manager with a private company, she accepted a job with a property management company in Surf City, 2013. Nikki earned her real estate license in 2016 and has experience managing long-term rentals, vacation rentals, student housing, and executive rentals. With her diverse work experience, Nikki can relate and empathize with both owners and tenants. She joined Intracoastal in January of 2023 as a property agent.
