Denise spent most of her adult life in South Florida, where she was a residential real estate property manager for 10 years. After the birth of her children, she moved to Pennsylvania to be close to family, and later began a career in the tax industry. With both children now grown, Denise relocated to Wilmington in 2022, married the love of her life, and is happy to be a part of Intracoastal Realty Long Term Rentals as a property agent, where she enjoys all aspects of working with both the owners and tenants. In her spare time, she goes to the beach as much as possible and loves trying new restaurants on the weekend with her husband. She wishes her kids would visit more, and that her cats were more fun.
