Lori grew up in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and moved to Wilmington her graduating year of high school. She attended Cape Fear Technical Institute, studying Business Administration. Some of her first jobs were in property management while she was still in her 20’s. In 2004, she successfully furthered her education and started her career as a NC Real Estate Broker. She is experienced in listing and selling homes, as well as property management. Over the years she has been in property management, she has worked closely with the film industry, student and corporate housing, as well as vacation rentals.
Lori joined Intracoastal Realty Corp. in January 2016 as the manager of the Wilmington Long Term property management office. After a few short months and the continued growth of a great team, she took on the responsibility of Broker-In-Charge for the Wilmington and Carolina Beach long term rental division. She continues to successfully grow that department and feels privileged to have the opportunity to serve her clients and to be trusted with some of their most valuable investments.
When not at work, Lori enjoys spending time with family and friends. She focuses on living life to the fullest while boating, fishing, enjoying most anything outdoors or just frequenting the cinema for a weekend movie.
