Marissa was born in Wilmington, North Carolina, and grew up in the nearby Hampstead/Topsail area, gaining a deep understanding of the local market. Marissa began her career at a property management firm in Surf City, where she successfully managed and leased both long-term rentals and vacation rentals. In 2023, she relocated to Richmond, Virginia, where she took on a leasing role in the multi-family housing industry. While she enjoyed her time in Richmond, it wasn’t long before Marissa was drawn back to her hometown to reconnect with her roots and continue her passion for helping individuals find their ideal homes where she began a new journey at Intracoastal Realty as the residential leasing agent. With a strong commitment to exceptional customer service and a deep knowledge of the leasing process, Marissa is dedicated to providing a positive and seamless leasing experience for her clients.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, her Poochon, Ellie, her cat, Pippy and a large Tiger Oscar named Klaus. She is passionate about reading on her Kindle, finding live music at local breweries, collecting vinyl records, and trying new recipes at home.
